Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE) proudly participated in the Kericho Enterprise & Investment Summit, held from 24th – 26th July 2025 at Kiprugut Chumo Stadium in Kericho County. The summit brought together key industry players, government leaders, and entrepreneurs to discuss opportunities for business growth and industrial development within the region.
During the event, KIE had the honour of hosting several distinguished guests at our exhibition stand, including:
- Hon. Lee Kinyanjui, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Trade, Investment & Industry
- H.E. Dr. Erick Mutai, Governor, Kericho County
- Hon. Aaron Cheruiyot, Senate Majority Leader & Senator for Kericho
Their visit underscored the national and county governments’ commitment to creating an enabling environment for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By engaging directly with stakeholders, the leaders reaffirmed the importance of collaborative efforts in spurring county-level industrialization.
At the summit, KIE showcased its comprehensive suite of services designed to unlock MSME potential, including:
- Affordable credit financing of up to KSh 20 million
- Business incubation and industrial sheds
- Tailored business advisory services
- Market linkages and capacity building programmes
These interventions are aimed at empowering enterprises to scale operations, create employment, and contribute to Kenya’s socio-economic growth.
